《减肥日记 - 贰》

It has been four months since I started my diet plan.
On the day I start the plan, my weight was 85 kg.
And now...... my weight is 76.5 kg!!!!
Total weight lose is 8.5 kg in four month!!!

Believe it or not~
No medicine intake, No Slimming Centre needed.....
BUT why this plan works so effective in order to lose weight?

1) Zero intake of fats and sugar at night, so zero storage of fats everyday at night
2) Even I eat a lot for breakfast, not matter Fried Food or high sugar contain, these nutrition will be totally cosume during my work period, there will be no storage of fats either

There is other reason that help my diet plan to be success~

1) Daily work need to walk more than 10 kilometres, less than 3 hours out of 8 hours working time sitting in the office
2) Exercise regularly for every week
3) No can drinks or bottle drinks, lesser sugar intake
4) Perhaps stress from work aid in lose weight also

For those who are going for diet and lose weight, you can try this plan for one week, just one week enough as what the video says, because, you will go for another week once you tried the plan....... and maintain for it....
