《减肥日记 - 壹》
I started my diet on this Monday.
Using the way as 李伯恩 teach,
I know this guy from 超级星光大道 - 第三季
Summarise of his method:
Eat breakfast HAPPILY - Eat as much as u can, Eat whatever you like to eat
Feel EASE to have your lunch - Eat your lunch as normal
Feel SAD to eat your dinner - NO MORE DINNER in your life, only can eat fruits during night....
Besides the changes of the way for the eating in everyday,
MUST also avoid those fried food and sugar drinks.
Today is the third day I continue this method of diet.
My weight on last Friday is 85 kg....
And today.... my weight is.... 83 kg....
Total weight lose = 2 kg!!!
[ If you finish watched this video, be creative on what fruits you should pick for dinner, I won't tell the fruits I eat... =P ]
